The Chef and the staff of the Empatia Restaurant of the Cavallino lovely Hotel in Andalo take care of our guests, offering them a variety of menus based on typical, traditional and international dishes able to satisfy every palate. In the restaurant of Cavallino Lovely Hotel, there is no lack of attention to the CELIACS. In fact, thanks to a well-finished cuisine and paying the utmost attention to avoid contamination of other foods, gnocchi, pasta and rice for celiacs will never be missing from our menu.
